Delete Your Account

You can delete your AlwaysClose account and all associated data at any time. Please read the information below before proceeding.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the AlwaysClose app on your device
2. Go to Profile (bottom right tab)
3. Scroll down to "Account"
4. Tap "Delete Account"
5. Confirm deletion — your account will be permanently deleted

What data is deleted

• Your profile information (name, email address)
• All care circles you created
• All handover notes, daily status entries, medications, tasks and other content you added
• All documents you uploaded
• Your account credentials

What data is retained

Anonymous usage statistics (not linked to your identity) may be retained for up to 90 days for service improvement purposes.

Care circle members

If you are the last member of a care circle, the circle and all its data will also be permanently deleted. If other members remain in the circle, your contributions will be removed but the circle will continue to exist for the remaining members.

Request deletion by email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at: info@inmerse.com — Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
