1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the AlwaysClose platform, operated by Rafal Zukowski, Berlin.

2. Service Description

AlwaysClose is a coordination tool for home care. It is expressly not a medical service. AlwaysClose does not replace medical advice or professional care services.

3. Eligibility

Use requires a minimum age of 18 years.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their entries. The platform must not be used for unlawful purposes.

5. Liability

AlwaysClose accepts no liability for medical decisions made based on app content.

6. Premium Subscription

The premium subscription can be cancelled monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

7. Governing Law

German law applies. Jurisdiction is Berlin.
